The purpose of the Auxiliary Board is to support the Board of Directors in the area of media, public relations, fundraising, league management, fields, etc.. The Auxiliary Board falls under the direction of the Executive Vice President of League Management. Please email Director of League Management, Kelley Collins, if you can volunteer some time and energy that can benefit the Hawks. (Please note: After one year of satisfactory service on the Auxiliary Board, a member will be qualified to fill a Board of Directors position.) The Auxiliary Board currently has the following departments and positions:

Club Coordinator of Publicity and Web Site - Courtney Muldbakken
The Publicity Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a favorable community awareness of the Club. This includes but is not limited to newspapers, newsletters, league directory and advertisement. Duties shall also include providing Team and League information to the Hawks Webmaster. Club Coordinator of Uniforms & Training Gear - Charlotte Flynn
The Uniform Coordinator is responsible for all inventory of uniforms as well as yearly distribution and collection. This position also works with the board, ordering club merchandise from various vendors. E-mail:Uniforms@tvsahawks.com

Club Coordinator of Volunteers - Ana Strickland
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for consolidating and coordinating a strong base of players' parents who are willing to help out at specific Club events throughout the year. E-mail: Volunteers@tvsahawks.com

Club Coordinator of Fundraising -
The Fundraising Coordinator is responsible for establishing, arranging and coordinating all Club Fundraisers. Also responsible for obtaining corporate sponsorship at a Club Level. E-mail: Fundraising@tvsahawks.com

Club Coordinator of Fields & Maintenance - Edgar Tuna
The Club Coordinator of Fields & Maintenance represents the Club at all local government meetings regarding field availability, care and maintenance of fields and reporting documentation to local governments or organizations; is responsible for property and equipment including the accounting of, care of, and purchasing of such with the approval of the Board of Directors; chairs a committee for field preparation for all league games and tournaments; and, prepares practice and game schedules with input from the Directors of Coaching.
