The GU15 White Team had an incredible tournament. It was their first time playing a beach tournament and yet they survived 5 tough matches in route to winning the championship. Buoyed by the play of goalkeeper, Kaitlyn Fudge, the girls fought with heart and determination. The Championship game was an all Hawks final!

The fall Hawks GU13 Red team played in the BeSoCha tourney last weekend & came home champions of their group (GU12). Going undefeated into the championship game with wins against: Kodiak (15-5), Breakers Blue (15-3), CSC (6-5), & Legends Black (7-1), the Hawks took on CSC for the final win, with a score of 5-3. The girls worked really well as a team, with great passing and awesome shots, and our keeper had some fantastic stops in goal! The team took a victory swim in the ocean with their coaches, Charlie & Jenny, after getting their awards and had a fun weekend at the beach.

A small team does BIG things! The Gu15 red team were finalists at the Oceanside beach tournament! After sweeping all but 1 of their soccer bouts the girls showed just how to leave it all on the field. " My small team brought fine skill even though this was their first time ever stepping on the sand." Coach Joe Sotomayor " Our girls showed just what true Hawks soccer is...I am so proud!"
