FOCUS

U11 players and older will be divided into groups by ages. Camp will be very physically intense, improve fitness level and challenge players, giving them the opportunity to experience the physical training needed to bring their game to a higher level.

If you are 7 and under and interested in learning the proper skills and techniques and having LOTS of FUN please attend a junior Hawks session FOR FREE.

The sessions are held Tuesday and Thursdays at Birdsall Sports Park from 4:30-5:30.
